The Search for a Feedback Solution alongside Salesforce NPSP
We recently implemented a CRM solution based on Salesforce NPSP to track donations to the Foundation, attendance at events, and monitoring group bookings to the Visitor Centre. From the very start we’ve been in need of an additional app that would allow us receive feedback from participants at events and from visiting groups.
Why SurveyVista: Multilingual Surveys and Tailored Email Solutions
SurveyVista is an ideal tool for our needs. Given Saxum’s international reach, we host participants from all over the world, and one of the most valuable features for us is the ability to send the same survey in multiple languages while consolidating all responses in a single location for easy analysis.
Since most of our surveys are sent by email, it was crucial for us to be able to assign different email templates based on the target audience. SurveyVista provides an easy solution: when creating a Survey, we can select the relevant Notification Email Templates from those previously created templates in Salesforce. These templates allow us to customize details such as the survey name, recipient’s name, and any other relevant survey or contact information.
The Result: Streamlined Data Integration
One of the most valuable features for us is SurveyVista’s ability to automatically integrate survey responses into Salesforce. Previously, a few weeks before the start of an international congress we would request flight and accommodation details from all the participants via email, fax, phone call, WhatsApp. This data would then need to be manually entered into Salesforce, which was time-consuming and prone to errors.
