Why they left GetFeedback
FourBlock has over 4,000 alumni and welcomes about 750 new students each year into their programs. They offer an eleven-week program on job readiness, which conducts weekly sessions between veterans and different prospective employers. Before and after each session, students will receive surveys to help assess their career readiness, as well as measure the impact of these interactions.
However, the GetFeedback pricing model placed significant constraints on their program’s growth. The increased cost for more responses and surveys caused frustration and prevented the team from capturing all the necessary feedback they needed.

“We had to log into GetFeedback, find the information, export spreadsheets, and do the calculations on our own,” says Lisa. “However, with SurveyVista, because all the data is captured and stored in Salesforce, we can quickly build dashboards right inside the CRM and share them with the internal stakeholders. Everyone can easily see how program participants are doing in real-time.”
