We manage all our events through Salesforce, and SurveyVista integrates seamlessly into this environment, enabling us to send customized surveys to participants before, during, and after each event. On the questionnaires we design with SurveyVista, out of the great variety of questions the app offers, we elicit responses mostly with Rating questions (for faculty and case studies or talks), and with radio-questions (chose one of several options) to which we assign specific scores.

For instance, a professor might score 4.7 from 5 as an average of the scores she receives from all the respondents at a particular event for her three sessions; yet she might have scored only 4.2 at a similar event the previous month. That way we can compare numerically between courses and between faculty members and speakers.
